ST. NAZIANZ, WI - The next generation of Miller Nitro sprayers enters the market as the most productive and robust front boom sprayer available. The new Miller Nitro 4000 Series combines technology with innovation to create the most advanced high clearance sprayers in the business.

Making a great machine better: Since its first introduction a decade ago, Miller Nitro sprayers have earned a reputation for industry leading productivity — the result of an adaptable front mount boom system, high capacity, balanced weight design, superior traction and hill climbing ability. The new Miller Nitro 4000 Series incorporates significant design innovation, and offers today’s applicators the ultimate in comfort, long season protection and a sprayer that will handle and outperform other application designs.

A higher level of comfort: Operator comfort results from a combination of many factors. With Miller Nitro sprayers, the primary factor is our front mount boom so the operator can look ahead rather than behind. Panoramic vision provides a clear view of the entire boom from tip to tip. Add to that a new high-back air ride seat and industry leading air-ride cab suspension. Controls, including precision farming systems, have been enhanced for more comfort and convenience. With the engine mounted in the extreme rear, the “Ultra Quiet” cab has noise level is lower than a diesel pickup truck.

Innovative HydraLink™ suspension: The 4-wheel independent suspension is hydraulically controlled and allows for a suspension travel on each wheel of 20”, giving it the ability to tame the toughest conditions and roughest terrain. All wheels stay firmly in contact with the ground, contributing to Nitro’s exceptional traction in loose, soft or wet conditions. Torq-Trac™ hydrostatic drive features Poclain wheel motors for constant traction, and twin Sundstrand pumps.

A five model series: Miller Nitro 4000 series models range from 215 hp to 365 hp with engines by Cummins or Mercedes Benz. All models are fully equipped for high capacity performance with 150 gallon fuel tanks, 1,000 to 1,600 gallon product tanks, and booms up to 120’.

Adaptable front mount boom system: For even greater machine utilization, the Miller Nitro offers an optional Quick Attach feature that allows for adding other front mount toolbars such as for Nitrogen injection toolbars, swathers, and more. A Miller Nitro can provide a greater return on investment than any other piece of farm equipment.

Late season crop boost and protection: Miller Nitro models provide the highest crop clearance available. This allows operators to sidedress Nitrogen or apply late season fungicides on corn around tassel time or even later in the season when these applications are the most effective.
